Instructions:
Step 1: Sauté the Vegetables
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large paella pan over medium heat.
2️⃣ Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
3️⃣ Add bell peppers, green beans, and artichokes. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Add the Rice & Seasonings
4️⃣ Stir in paella rice, smoked paprika, saffron, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
5️⃣ Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
Step 3: Simmer Without Stirring
6️⃣ Reduce heat to low and let the rice cook undisturbed for 15–18 minutes.
7️⃣ Add cherry tomatoes and peas during the last 5 minutes.

8️⃣ Remove from heat and cover with a lid for 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
