Risotto alla Milanese

Ingredients (2 Servings):

Instructions:

Step 1: Sautรฉ the Onion

Step 2: Toast the Rice

4๏ธโƒฃ Pour in the white wine, stirring until it’s absorbed.

Step 3: Cook the Risotto

6๏ธโƒฃ Once the broth is absorbed, add another ladle. Repeat until the rice is creamy and al dente (about 18 minutes).

Step 4: Add Saffron & Finish
