Ingredients (2 Servings):

500 ml chicken or vegetable broth, kept warm ๐ต

30 g unsalted butter ๐ง

50 ml dry white wine ๐ท

50 g grated Parmesan cheese ๐ง

1/2 tsp saffron threads, soaked in 2 tbsp warm water ๐ฟ

Instructions:
Step 1: Sautรฉ the Onion
1๏ธโฃ In a pan, melt half of the butter over medium heat.
2๏ธโฃ Add the chopped onion and sautรฉ until soft and translucent.
Step 2: Toast the Rice
3๏ธโฃ Add the Arborio rice and stir for 1โ2 minutes until slightly translucent.
4๏ธโฃ Pour in the white wine, stirring until it’s absorbed.
Step 3: Cook the Risotto
5๏ธโฃ Add one ladle of warm broth and stir continuously.
6๏ธโฃ Once the broth is absorbed, add another ladle. Repeat until the rice is creamy and al dente (about 18 minutes).
Step 4: Add Saffron & Finish
7๏ธโฃ Stir in the saffron water, letting the golden color infuse the rice.
8๏ธโฃ Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan cheese and the remaining butter.
Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!
