Ingredients:
For the Pasta Dough:

✅ 3 large eggs
✅ ½ teaspoon salt
✅ 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for elasticity)
For the Filling:
✅ 250g ricotta cheese (or a mix of ricotta and Parmesan)
✅ 100g fresh spinach (blanched and finely chopped)
✅ 1 egg yolk (for binding)
✅ 50g grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
Step 1: Make the Pasta Dough
