Instructions:

Step 1: Freeze the Bananas

1️⃣ Peel and slice the bananas into small pieces.
2️⃣ Place them in an airtight container or bag and freeze for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight).

Step 2: Blend Until Creamy

3️⃣ Add the frozen banana slices to a food processor or high-speed blender.
