Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
✅ Base Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups long-grain white rice 🍚
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil 🛢️

- 1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned) 🍅
- 2 tbsp tomato paste 🍅

Instructions:
Step 1: Toast the Rice
1️⃣ Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2️⃣ Add the rice and stir continuously for 3–4 minutes until lightly golden.
Step 2: Sauté the Aromatics
3️⃣ Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until fragrant.
4️⃣ Stir in diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Mix well.
Step 3: Add Seasoning & Simmer
5️⃣ Pour in broth, then add cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
6️⃣ Stir once, then cover and simmer on low heat for 15–18 minutes.
Step 4: Let It Rest & Serve
7️⃣ Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
