️⃣ Using a Spätzle press, colander, or cutting board, press or scrape the batter into the boiling water.
️⃣ Once the Spätzle float to the surface (after 1–2 minutes), remove them with a slotted spoon.
Step 3: Serve & Enjoy!
️⃣ Toss with butter for a simple side dish, or mix with cheese and caramelized onions for Kässpätzle.
️⃣ Serve hot with your favorite dish—perfect with Rinderroulade, Gulasch, or creamy mushroom sauce!
